Golden Ears Cheesecrafters

The newest Artisan Cheesemaking facility in the Fraser Valley. Run by the two daughters of Kerry and Lynn Davison on their family farm in Maple Ridge, Jenna and Emma are living out their passion in the fifth generation of the heritage farming family. The company has received several awards and acknowledgments on their accomplishments since starting the business just two and a half years ago.

The oldest daughter Jenna (26) is the Director of Production and Head Cheesemaker. Originally earning herself a diploma in the fields of Agriculture and Horticulture, Jenna gave up her career as a Crop Consultant to take an apprenticeship to study the art of Cheesemaking. She now runs her own production with 6 assistant staff and handcrafts each cheese using the pure grass-fed Jersey Cow milk from the family dairy farm right next door. Jenna is passionate about keeping her cheeses all natural and creating new recipes for cheeses that catch people’s attention.
