Executive Chef Michael Pagnacco has put together a selection of picnic baskets so you can enjoy fresh urban fare and cold refreshments on the go.

Pre-order your picnic basket today by emailing us at waterfronthotel@fairmont.com or by calling 604-691-1991. Baskets can also be ordered in-house by dialing ‘0’ on your guest room phone.

Please note that baskets take a minimum of 60 minutes advance notice to prepare. There will be a $50 deposit required that will be refunded upon return of the basket.
