Live shucking happens Monday through Friday at Chef’s Bench, serving up freshly shucked oysters right before your eyes. Can’t make it then? No worries, our Sip & Shuck happy hour runs seven days a week from 3:30 PM to 6 PM, featuring oysters for just $1.50 each from a rotating selection of sustainably sourced West Coast varieties.

Pair your oysters with a glass of crisp BC wine or one of our signature cocktails for the perfect start to your evening.
