Join us at ARC Restaurant, and do exactly that with our signature seafood tower. Featuring fresh, local, sustainably sourced seafood pulled straight from the waters of BC and placed onto your plate, our seafood tower features dungeness crab legs, leche de tigre scallops, albacore tuna, cured salmon thai style mussels, shrimp, cocktail sauce, oysters, mignonette, and ponzu.

Best shared between 2 people, $140 per tower.
