Pull up a seat at ARC’s Chef’s Bench for an intimate wine and oyster experience. With only eight seats, Sip & Shuck offers a front-row view as chefs live-shuck five rotating coastal oyster varietals, paired with rare BC library wines served by the glass or flight.

Join us Monday through Friday at Chef’s Bench to watch the action unfold, or drop in any day of the week for Sip & Shuck Happy Hour from 3:30 PM to 6 PM, where freshly shucked West Coast oysters are offered at $1.50 each.

Complete the experience with a crisp BC wine or one of our signature cocktails—the perfect start to your evening.
