Turkey, Trimmings, and Togetherness: A Family Feast at ARC

Gather the family and put on your stretchy pants - it’s time for Thanksgiving dinner, ARC style! Executive Chef Harris Sakalis is serving up a three-course feast, starting with a cozy roasted kabocha squash soup. Then it’s on to the main event: a traditional turkey dinner with all the classic trimmings. And for the sweetest finale, a slice of classic pecan pie topped with bourbon caramel and vanilla ice cream.

This is Thanksgiving done right - delicious, indulgent, and best enjoyed with the ones you love.

$79 per person | $40 children 6-12 (kids 5 and under eat free)

ROASTED KABOCHA SQUASH SOUP
house-smoked salmon, pumpkin seed granola, pumpkin seed oil, ambrosia apples, cumin scented cream

Main Course
ROSSDOWN TURKEY DINNER
roasted turkey breast and thigh ballotine, celery sage stuffing, mashed potato, orange-glazed carrots, crispy brussels sprouts, traditional gravy and side of cranberry sauce

Dessert
CLASSIC PECAN PIE
bourbon caramel, vanilla ice cream
