An intimate long-table evening celebrating the best of the Pacific Northwest. Enjoy a garden-to-glass cocktail, interactive rooftop honeybee experience, and a multi-course Province-to-Plate dinner curated by Executive Chef Harris Sakalis. Each course is expertly paired with bespoke wines from Quail’s Gate — one of the Okanagan Valley’s most celebrated wineries, known for its award-winning estate-grown Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and exceptional expression of BC’s unique terroir.
