Enjoy a garden-to-glass cocktail, interactive rooftop honeybee experience, and a multi-course Province-to-Plate dinner curated by Executive Chef Harris Sakalis. Each course is expertly paired with bespoke wines from Burrowing Owl — a renowned Okanagan Valley estate, celebrated for its bold, elegant reds and commitment to sustainable winemaking in the heart of BC’s wine country.
