Begin with a garden-to-glass cocktail and an interactive honeybee encounter before taking your seat among the blooms for a multi-course Province-to-Plate dinner curated by Executive Chef Harris Sakalis. Each course showcases seasonal ingredients from local farms and our own rooftop harvest, thoughtfully paired with exceptional BC wines from Checkmate Artisanal Winery that reflect the region’s distinctive coastal terroir.
