This May, ARC joins forces with PATRÓN Tequila and Fairmont Hotels for a month-long celebration of the world’s most iconic pink cocktail - the Paloma. 

Bright, zesty, and undeniably sippable, the classic Paloma blends tequila, grapefruit, lime, and soda into a drink made for sunny days and lively nights. In the lead-up to World Paloma Day on May 22, we’re pouring the original PATRÓN Paloma alongside our own signature twist.

Ours? A garden-to-glass riff that brings in rosemary snipped fresh from our rooftop garden - adding an aromatic layer that plays beautifully against citrus and agave. It's bold, refreshing, and unmistakably ARC.
