Chef Adam Middleton is serving up a mouthwatering, 3-course feast, starting with a cozy roasted crab & squash bisque. Next, dive into the star of the show: a family-style Rossdown turkey dinner, complete with all the classic trimmings that’ll have you going back for seconds (and maybe thirds). And don’t forget the grand finale - a perfectly spiced pumpkin pie that’s the sweetest way to end the evening.
