An intimate rooftop long-table evening celebrating the best of the Pacific Northwest. Enjoy a garden-to-glass cocktail, interactive rooftop honeybee experience, and a multi-course Province-to-Plate dinner thoughtfully curated by Executive Chef Harris Sakalis. Each course is expertly paired with bespoke wines from The French Door — a boutique Okanagan Valley winery known for its elegant, small-lot vintages that capture the unique character of BC’s wine country.
