This month's Province to Plate menu showcases the very best of the Pacific Northwest with a hyper-local, seasonal three-course experience built in collaboration with our trusted farmers, fishers, and artisans. Spotlighting locally caught halibut, grilled asparagus and featuring a pollinator-friendly dessert inspired by the bees behind so much of the food we enjoy. Made with honey from our rooftop apiary and country hives, it’s a tribute to the small but mighty workers that help bring each harvest to life - and to our ongoing efforts to support pollinator health and habitat.
