ARC Restaurant + Bar is delighted to be taking part once again in the ever-popular Dine Out Vancouver Festival, Western Canada’s largest celebration of all things delicious. From January 21 to February 8, it’s the perfect excuse to gather, linger, and explore Vancouver’s dining scene - one great meal at a time. 

For this year’s festival, ARC is serving up three of our most loved dining experiences, each rooted in seasonality, sustainability, and unmistakable West Coast flavour:

Bottomless Brunch | $59
Brunch ARC-style - designed for sharing. A lively progression of crave-worthy plates inspired by brunch favourites, made to pass, taste, and linger over with good company.

Lunch 39 – 2 Courses | $39
A bright, seasonal two-course lunch that delivers West Coast flavour without the fuss—perfect for mid-day meetups, quick escapes, or an extra-long lunch break.

Province to Plate (P2P) – 3-Course Dinner | $55
Our love letter to the Pacific Northwest. A seasonal, ingredient-driven three-course menu showcasing the best of local farms, waters, and producers - thoughtfully crafted, simply done, and full of flavour.

ARC Restaurant offers a true taste of the Pacific Northwest, where the vibrant flavors of the region are showcased in every dish. Located at Fairmont Waterfront, ARC pairs an approachable, upscale dining experience with panoramic views of Vancouver’s inner harbour and the Coastal Mountains. The menu celebrates local, seasonal ingredients — many harvested from the hotel’s own rooftop garden and apiary — and is crafted with a Province to Plate philosophy.
