Cool down with handcrafted scoops at our summer pop-up, featuring bold, artisanal ice cream by Vancouver’s Hype Chocolate. Located just steps from our patio, this seasonal pop-up blends local ingredients, sustainable values, and unexpected flavours like lemon honey thyme sorbet and salted chocolate with Vancouver Island sea salt. Open weekends all summer long.  

Happy Hour

Now 7 days a week! Meet up with friends and ease into the evening with Happy Hour at ARC—where good company pairs perfectly with great flavours. Kick things off with a glass of BC wine and dive into Sip & Shuck, featuring $1.50 freshly shucked oysters from a rotating selection of West Coast varieties.

Dance under the stars at our summer Silent Disco in partnership with Grey Goose featuring 3 DJ-curated channels, including a live set from DJ Remsta. Your $49 ticket includes a signature cocktail, panoramic views, and coastal-inspired bites. Ages 12+ welcome.
